Our service approach is oriented towards immunodiagnosis of Brucellosis in humans and animals,
encompassing serological, microbiological, and molecular tests for all genus variants. We receive samples
derived from colleagues in private practice and from the Teaching Hospital of the faculty.
Below, we present a retrospective analysis of diagnostic requests for canine Brucellosis, covering a 9-year
period, evaluated according to the reason for consultation. This involves a classification based on intra and
extrareproductive lesions.
