Errors in the establishment of chromosomal, gonadal, or phenotypic/genital sex can cause abnormal sexual
differentiation. Several patterns can occur, ranging from ambiguous genitalia to apparently normal genitalia
with sterility. We present a clinical case of hermaphroditism in a French Bulldog, including its clinical
presentation, radiological images, surgical resolution, and anatomo pathological analysis.
